This is a group in San Francisco that is in collaboration with environmental organizations and local groups. They work towards the restoration of the people’s rights. This was formed when they noticed that human rights were in danger after the growth of projects like the oil and gas pipeline.

Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin are reporters who decided to help in the fight for migrant rights across the Arizona. They are the co-founders of Phoenix New Times. They have driven their funds towards supporting groups that advocate for civil, human, and migrant rights.

The source of their funds is a settlement of a case suit after a county sheriff apprehended them. This is a sum of $3.75 million that they won after suing the county for illegal arrest.
